SignalXi is a performance-driven sales and consulting firm. We are currently seeking a professional and motivated AT&T Sales Associate to join our growing team and support wireless mobility campaigns through direct, face-to-face customer interactions.

In this AT&T Sales Associate role, you will represent AT&T’s industry-leading wireless products and services, helping customers identify the best smartphones, data plans, and mobility solutions to fit their lifestyle and connectivity needs. This AT&T Sales Associate ROLE is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are motivated by growth and performance.

AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Represent AT&T products and services with professionalism and strong product knowledge during in-person customer interactions
• Educate customers on wireless plans, smartphones, device features, and 5G capabilities
• Recommend customized mobility solutions based on individual customer needs and usage habits
• Process activations, upgrades, and account changes accurately and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with AT&T policies, procedures, and customer data protection standards
• Resolve customer questions and concerns while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support long-term customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications for the AT&T Sales Associate

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Comfortable with in-person, face-to-face sales
• Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
