Auto Body Technician - $5,000 Sign-on Bonus!! (Must have 7-10 years of experience)
Commission-based uncapped earning potential.  

First year earning potential: $50,000-$75,000  

Long-term earning potential: $70,000-$110,000+

What You Need:  

• Vision Abilities: Close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. 

• Communication Skills: Interact with customers and build accounts. 

• Manual Dexterity: Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision. 

• Work Ethic: Self-motivation and independence. 

• Grit: Work outside in all kinds of weather. 

• Physical Stamina: Kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 pounds. 

• Valid Driver’s License: A good driving record is a must.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing. Sign on bonus is subject to state and local laws, terms and conditions, including employment status and length-of-service requirements.
