UI/UX Designer / Product Designer

You'll be joining a growing international company building digital products used by customers across multiple markets. The team values thoughtful product design, intuitive user experiences, and high-quality execution.

You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into polished, user-friendly digital experiences.

We're looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer / Product Designer with 3-5+ years of experience, who can own the design process from early UX thinking and wireframing through high-fidelity UI, prototyping, design systems, and developer handoff.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with solid UX thinking. You should be comfortable solving complex product problems, creating modern and intuitive interfaces, and working independently with international teams in a fully remote environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced designer who wants meaningful ownership over digital products rather than focusing solely on graphic design or visual execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and user flows through wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and developer handoff.
• Translate product requirements and business objectives into intuitive, user-centered experiences.
• Create polished interfaces for responsive web and/or mobile products.
• Develop user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Build and maintain reusable components, design systems, and UI libraries in Figma.
• Conduct or incorporate user research, usability feedback, analytics, and stakeholder insights into design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare clear, detailed designs and specifications for engineering handoff.
• Review implemented designs and work with developers to ensure design quality and consistency.
• Identify UX issues and opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, conversion, and overall product experience.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
