Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Advanced Behavioral Therapy, a team of dedicated professionals, is seeking a talented and experienced Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Powell, Ohio location. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in designing individualized behavior intervention plans, conducting comprehensive ABA assessments, and developing treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of our clients. As a Certified Behavior Analyst at Advanced Behavioral Therapy, you will:
• Design individualized behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors and build functional skills
• Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, including VB-MAPP, AFLS, and other skill-based evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Partner with families by providing ongoing parent training and support
• Oversee data collection systems and ensure program integrity
• Monitor client progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Provide monthly progress updates and case reviews to the Clinical Director

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Willingness to obtain Ohio COBA licensure
• Experience developing behavior and skill acquisition programs using a data collection platform (Ensora preferred)
